During my 5-day stay in Kraków from 18th to 23rd March 2024, everything (conference rooms, meals, gala dinner, guided tours, free public transport, …) was „buttoned up to the last button”, I believe.
Kraków is ready to welcome and host you excellently!

Recently, Kraków has indeed become the capital of culture and entertainment,
especially for young people from across Europe and the world!
On the streets, it is often difficult to meet people who speak Polish!
As they say, “Krakow pulsates rapidly during the day and does not sleep at night.”
Visiting Kraków promises unforgettable moments to cherish for a lifetime.

Please be informed that the public bus and tram transport in Krakow will be free of charge for ESREL 2024 Participants during the days of the Conference and Workshop. To use it, all you need to do is show your ESREL 2024 badge.

Please be informed that the Organizers do not take responsibility for any medical, personal liability, travel or luggage lost insurance. Participants are advised to secure their own insurance policies as necessary.

ESREL 2024 – Status on 28.02.2024

Dear Authors and Reviewers,

We are pleased to inform you that according to the ESREL 2024 Timetable of Events:

the Notifications of Acceptance of all submitted Papers, Extended Abstracts and Special Session Proposals have just been sent to the Authors before the fixed deadline the 1-st of March 2024 (the Notification of Acceptance deadline is for the Organizers not for the Authors).

After receiving the Notification of Acceptance letters, the Authors have been submitting the final versions of their propositions using the button „Revised Contribution Upload” given in these letters (in a case of this letter loss, please inform us about it using e-mail: contact@esrel2024.com and ask us to send it once again, to make possible this button use).

The final versions of the Authors’ propositions are successively placed in the Monograph Book Series (with ISBN Numbers):

that will be completed before the 1-st of May 2024 at the latest (this is the deadline for the Authors to submit the final versions of their earlier accepted contributions).

All finally accepted contributions will be published in the above series of open access conference monographs, upon the registration:

and paying the Registration Fee:
